Implemented SS7 links and T1’s across GNI’s network for proper signaling and voice trafficking support.  Researching and identifying the most strategic placement, diversity, cost and timeframe of these circuits via GNI’s network or utilizing an outside carrier.

 

 

VGNI - Transport Infrastructure Order Engineer                                                                      2001 – 2001

 

Created transport network facility orders for Sonet infrastructure, data and switch traffic.  Proactively initiated, escalated and tracked facility request through completion to ensure service delivery.  Work with internal and external facilitators to ensure facilities exist at targeted Hub’s , Pop’s, etc.  Create all required transport NIO records in Actiview/OM.
